  warmup (2-minutes gradual increase)\n\nInterval Set x 5:\n• 10-seconds
  @ 150% FTP\n• 1.50-minutes @ 90% FTP\n\nInterval Set x 4:\n•
  60-seconds @ 115% FTP\n• 2-minutes @ 65% FTP\n\nInterval Set x 1:\n•
  60-seconds @ 130% FTP\n\nCool down:\n• 5-minute cool down\n\nSafety
  Note:\nOnly undertake vigorous exercise if you are fit and healthy to do
  so. If you are at all unsure\, consult a Physician or Doctor first.  All
  training equipment including Bikes and Turbo trainers should be in full
