  for 10-minutes\n• 2 minutes easy minutes\, to have a drink\n• Repeat
  3 x 10-minutes @92% FTP\n• Warm down 5-minutes.\n\n\nThis session will
  see you complete a quality 'Half Hour of Power at upper Sweet Spot\,
  which has a benefit to your aerobic and anaerobic abilities.\n\n\nSession
  details:\nRamp up in 8 steps:\n• 1-minute @ Zone 1\n• 1-minute @ Zone
  1\n• 1-minute @ Zone 2\n• 1-minute @ Zone 2\n• 1-minute @ Zone
  3\n• 1-minute @ Zone 3\n• 1-minute @ Zone 4\n• 1-minute @ Zone
  4\n\n\nRecovery:\n• 2 -minutes @ Zone 1\n\n\nRepeat 3 times:\n• Hard
  - 93% FTP (SST)\, 10-minutes @ Zone 4\n• Recovery - 3-minutes @ Zone
